- Admission letter from the accredited Nigerian institution
- Formal application from the institution Accepting Immigration Responsibility
- Evidence of payment of school fees
- Educational Qualification (prior certificates / transcripts)
- Proof of financial support / sponsorship
- Police Clearance

Minor – Below 18 years & Aged 65 years and above does not pay for CERPAC Fee.
