Issued to expatriates who wish to take up employment in Nigeria, based on expatriate quota.
Document Requirements
- Data page of valid international passport (not less than 6 months validity)
- Employment Contract/Appointment letter
- Letter of acceptance of employment
- Formal application from the Employer/Institution Accepting Immigration Responsibility on letter head
- Expatriate quota verification from C&B – Ministry of Interior
- Educational Qualification/Skill acquired (certificates, transcripts, diplomas, degrees etc.)
- Curriculum Vitae
- Board Resolution for Senior Management (CEO, GM, MD etc.)
- Proof of Registration with relevant professional bodies – where applicable
- Security Clearance (where applicable)
- Police Clearance
Fees
- CERPAC Fee
- $2,000.00
- Applicant Comprehensive Insurance
- $1,000.00
- Card Delivery Fee
- $20.00
Minor – Below 18 years & Aged 65 years and above does not pay for CERPAC Fee.
Dependent Requirements
Dependent (Spouse) – R2B
- Valid International Passport (not less than 6 months validity)
- Formal application Letter of Principal Expatriate
- Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
- Formal Application from the Employer / Institution of Principal Accepting Immigration Responsibility
- Attested Marriage Certificate
- Police Clearance Certificate
Dependent (Minor – Below 18 years) – R2C
- Valid International Passport (not less than 6 months validity)
- Formal application Letter of Principal Expatriate
- Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
- Formal Application from the Employer / Institution of Principal Accepting Immigration Responsibility
- Principal / Legal Guardians' Letter of Consent of the Accompanying Guardian
- Adoption Decree (Where Applicable)
- Police Clearance Certificate
