A class of Permanent Residence Permit issued to spouses of Nigerian Citizens, in line with the provision of Section 37 (10) of Immigration Act 2015.
Document Requirements
- Data page of valid international passport (not less than 6 months validity)
- Attested Marriage Certificate
- Evidence of Nigerian citizenship of the spouse (passport / national ID)
- Formal application letter from the Nigerian spouse Accepting Immigration Responsibility
- Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
- Two recent passport photographs
- Police Clearance Certificate
